Accommodation

Our official travel agency, Viagens Abreu S.A., has secured a large number of rooms in a variety of hotels in Lisbon at specially negotiated rates. Early booking is strongly advised to take benefit of the discounted rates. Hotel reservation is done through the Online Registration Form (at the top of this page), which can be done at the same time as the conference registration or in a later occasion. After May 20, Viagens Abreu cannot assure hotel availability, so early reservation is advised.

The list of the hotels and the special rates can be seen here.

Besides the hotels in the list mentioned above, conference participants may also choose for hostels or low-cost accommodation. To make reservation for such accommodation, participants should leave empty the hotel choice in the registration form and contact directly our travel agency, via [email protected]

The Faculty of Sciences at the University of Lisbon (FCUL) is located at a convenient distance from a wide range of hotels. In addition, FCUL is easily reachable by Metro, with two Metro stations nearby (Campo Grande on the Green Line and Cidade Universitária on the Yellow Line), which makes other hotels in Lisbon excellent alternatives as well.
